Now accepting horses for training. We start colts and produce solidly broke horses. Our horses are gentle, responsive and willing for any pursuit, from trail riding to reining, ranch work to dressage. We use our Morgans on the ranch and to compete in ranch horses competitions, reined cow horses and cutting. We even have experience teaching gaited Morgans to rein and work cattle. You don't need to work cattle to benefit from a ranch broke horse. Ranch horses are exposed to dogs, chickens, ropes and the noise and activity of sorting pens and branding. They are ridden in high winds, rain & the occasional blizzard. We teach them in the arena, then practice what they've learned as we cover country moving cattle and checking water. We do not "cowboy" our horses; instead we create a partnership through ground work and patience. Constantly seeking to improve our training, we have worked with dressage instructor Peggy Johnstone, reiner Kathy Hart and the great cow horse trainer Don Ulmer.

Occasional stock for sale, well broke horses and foals from our gray Morgan mare Arapaho Grace (CW's Sterling Silver x Arapaho Leah [by Osirus]), and the buckskin QH mare Doc Olenas Bert (MR Dry Catalena x Cody's Tonka). We believe in quality over quantity, so numbers are limited.

References available. Please feel free to call or stop in any time - we love to talk horses.
